In a 1980 book on decorating for men, designer Egon von Fürstenberg, prince and one-time husband of Diane, detailed what a man’s bachelor pad should communicate to the world: “success, confidence, imagination, creativity and effectiveness.” He would have absolutely killed it in the comments of r/malelivingspace, a Reddit support group for guys decorating their own bachelor pad (bedrooms, apartments, and houses).
