Popi’s Oysterette

Popi’s Oysterette occupies a prominent corner and brings together restaurateurs behind Tacolicious with chef Melissa Perfit’s seafood-driven cooking. The design translates the atmosphere of the California shoreline into an urban dining room.

A custom blue terrazzo counter anchors the space and acts as both stage and shoreline. Zellige tile surfaces introduce subtle variation across the walls, echoing the shifting patterns of water and fishing nets while adding depth and texture.
